1. Open Shimo Preferences...
   
2. In the Accounts tab, click on the little + to add a new VPN account
3. Choose a VPN account type 
4. Click Create...
   
5. Enter your Remote Host, Username and Password
   
6. That's it, your VPN account is ready to connect.
